We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means tips for better results, trying another product, or a refund depending on the situation.

Please note:
Refunds require clear photo/video evidence of product usage and results to qualify. Shipping fees are non-refundable . 

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must request a return within 15 days after delivery

If your item qualifies:

1.  Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
2.  Once approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions.
3.  After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).

🕒  Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider.
🚚  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️  We are unable to accept returns of opened.
